1) Privacy Statement
We will protect the privacy of your email account, phone
number, name and contact information. We will not sell or market your
email
address or any other personal information to third parties, and we
will take reasonable precautions to guard against
database theft or misuse.
Unless you sign up for our mailing list, all communication you receive
from
Asian Home Gourmet (CPL) Pte Ltd through your email will be related to the
processing of your orders.
2) Shipping Policy
Buying Asian Home Gourmet SpicePastes© is now easier than
ever!
- Place your order using your credit card on our secure server. You can go
back and view your shopping cart anytime you want.
- For orders above 15 kilograms, shipping charges will be calculated based
on the weight of items ordered.
- For order using Courier Service (DHL), there will be a remote area charge
of US$18 if the delivery address is in the list of remote areas. Customer
will be inform of the charges via email prior to shipping of the items.
- Other countries outside USA & Canada, Belgium, France, Germany,
Luxembourg, Netherlands & United Kingdom, customers with orders
delivered via courier service will be informed of the shipping charges based
on the weight of items ordered.
- Out of stock items: In most cases any item that is out of stock is
normally back in stock within a month.
- On rare occasion of a shortage, please thoroughly inspect the box a second
time for the product(s). If the product(s) still cannot be found, or if any
other problems exist, contact us through email at feedback@asianhomegourmet.com
All products and shipping
charges are in U.S. Dollars and custom + Tax charges are excluded.
3) Return & Cancellation
- Goods sold are not returnable / refundable
- You may cancel an order anytime before it is shipped. Once an order is
shipped, no cancellation will be allowed.
